After popular demand , today we share with you the quick and easy recipe for our Spearmint Dressing that is used at our Cherry Tomatoes Salad with Greek burrata, strawberries and spearmint dressing!
Ingredients:
300g strawberries ( cut in half)
400ml extra virgin olive oil
40ml strawberry vinegar
15g spearmint leaves (remove the stems)
4g sea salt
40ml balsamic White or apple cider vinegar
Directions:
Blend all ingredients at high speed until you create a creamy texture.
